Three models: Gamma only RAD-7-CANSCAN. Gamma/Neutron RAD-8-CANSCAN. Gamma/Neutron/Neutron Generator RAD-9-CANSCAN. Multichannel Analyzer (MCA).
The RAD-7, 8, 9 CANSCAN have two main elements: (1) an 8ft tall x 1 ft wide mobile detector column and (2) the computer analysis console. RAD-9 CANSCAN has a third element, a neutron generator requiring a Neutron Generator license to own and operate.
Detects Gamma and Neutron Radiation with (30) 3″ x 1″ Gamma scintillator detectors and (1) 5″ Neutron scintillator detector. Fast scan. Creates pinpoint location map of container or truck interior and remote alarm, readout, and monitoring. Computer interface.
